• We have both professional and liability insurance policies that cover all foot care and reflexology treatments
• All of our foot health assistants have an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service certificate
• All the instruments we use during our treatments are disinfected in an ultrasonic bath and then sterilised in an autoclave
• Each sterilised instrument is vacuum packed in self seal sterile pouches
• All of our foot health assistants wear uniforms, ID badges, gloves, aprons and use a preoperative skin disinfectant spray before providing any treatment
• All our qualified foot care assistants have completed basic first aid
