Please read our FAQ’s for answers to your questions regarding our services

Do you charge an additional cost for equipment at the first visit?

NO! We strongly disagree with any additional costs and therefore it is our policy not to charge for any equipment that we use during your treatment.

Unlike other foot care companies we do not charge for the price of equipment therefore there are no hidden costs when having a treatment with us.

Why do you need to sterilise equipment?

It kills harmful bacteria and fungus that can reside on the blades or the handles of equipment, this can then be transmitted causing infections, the only way to guarantee no cross contamination is to sterilise the equipment between each use.

What is the Register for Foot Health Practitioners (RFHP)?

The RFHP are a professional association for foot health professionals, practitioners who have met the guidelines and qualifications laid out by RFHP will be placed on their register.

Being placed on this register confirms that foot health practitioners are trained to the highest possible standard.

What is a Callus and why do you get it?

A Callus is a rough area of skin often found around the heel or under the ball of the foot, they are yellowish in colour.

These develop due to skin rubbing against something, most often bone, shoes or the ground. They are extremely common and treatable by a qualified foot health professional.

How many treatments will I need?

Every client is different, we tailor our treatments to your needs depending on what we feel is right for you.

We usually start our clients on a full foot treatment and from here we can assess what ongoing foot care is required.
